We've been friends since school and became business partners 15 years ago.
We've both always had a passion for property & were both property investors by the age of 21.
In 2007 John was told he was being made redundant from the mortgage brokerage he worked for & I'd just finished renovating my first buy to let property. We decided to start a business together & in July 2008 Liverpool Residential Lettings was formed.
Due to the nature of our business we came across great investment opportunities and in 2013 decided to started buying properties together. Our portfolio consists of single buy to lets & HMO's in and around Liverpool.
